CIRCUIT TRAINING
    Want to get fighting fit, without having to step in the ring? Well join in our Box-Fit Circuit Training class. We train in boxing techniques and skills, doing pad work, bag work and light sparring. The aim is to let the frustrations out on the pads, and progress at your own pace. We do not train competition boxers, so there is no pressure to jump in the ring. So come along and meet some great guys and girls to train with and get the best out of yourself!

        We now run Box-Fit three nights a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5pm till 6pm.
