Due to popular demand, we are running Women's Only classes each Tuesday night from
6pm - 7pm.
This class will take everyone through the basics of Muaythai, Kickboxing & Self-Defense, while providing a great aerobic workout and strengthening and conditioning your bodies.
It is not a graded system, just a class to get a good, hard workout, and learn valuable self-defense techniques and great social-interaction with like-minded ladies.
Classes are run by Mat Reid, who knows how to get the most of of his female students. Mat trained Sharon Quirk to 2 Victorian Kickboxing Titles. But don't stress, this is not a fight class, just girls getting together to have fun and get fit while doing it!
